Online coaching is the most efficient route to go down when it comes to transforming yourself. The human body is an adaptive machine, meaning any plan you throw at it must have a progressive concept to it.

TRAINING PLAN

This is tailored to the individual. With this you get your routine, two rotations worth of sessions, each exercise, set styles, rep ranges. You also get a link to my database of exercise video tutorials for all exercises to ensure proper technique and I also encourage clients to send me videos of them performing exercises to really make sure form is 100%.

The training plan also comes as a table format so you can easily jot down & track your lifts.

The training plan changes over time with the coaching.

NUTRITION PLAN

This is made to suit your lifestyle and personal preferences. Adherence is important, so there has to be an aspect of enjoyment incorporated into the plans.

The quantities - in terms of the macros/calories - are precise and controlled, but food choices can be flexible. I teach you more about this as we work together.

With this I also provide you with supplement recommendations and your cardio regime.

COACHING

Coaching involves checking in once a week via WhatsApp. You fill out my weekly check in form and send a load of information over to me each week.

I assess how you've got on/responded and make regular adjustments to the plans accordingly to keep you progressing in the right direction at the right rate.

The check in form is very in depth. It includes things like:

Weight fluctuations, waist measurement, check in pictures, wins for the week, anything you're struggling with, you'd comment on energy, mood, sleep, hunger, stress etc.
